Al Walker Enterprizes

Know exactly where your business stands

We help new and growing businesses find the compliance gaps that can lead to fines, lawsuits, or shutdowns, then put those issues in the order they should be fixed. Every review draws on nearly four decades of experience running a regulated small business.

In business since 1988

Serving private households and government clients for nearly four decades.

A three-phase review

Formation and registration, licensing and safety, employment and operations.

Findings and an action plan

Plain language, prioritized, and built around your industry and location.

What we do

Compliance, from formation onward

We work with businesses in two ways: full compliance reviews for established companies and hands-on support for founders who want to get things right from the start.

Compliance review

We identify the federal, state, county, and city requirements that apply to your business, explain where you already comply, and show you what to correct first. This review is built for businesses that have outgrown their original filings.

Startup support

For founders in their first months, we walk through formation and registration, the licenses and permits required for your industry and location, and the employment and recordkeeping duties that come with your first hire.

Compliance

Compliance is not a one-time filing

Requirements change as your business hires employees, handles customer data, enters new markets, and grows. A review that made sense at registration rarely still covers you two years later.

We work in three phases, and depending on how established you already are, you may only need one of them.

Phase 1 · Formation and registration

Entity registration with the California Secretary of State, your EIN, tax accounts, and any filings that are missing or overdue.

Phase 2 · Licenses, permits, and safety

City and county licenses, industry permits, health and environmental approvals, and baseline OSHA and California workplace safety policies.

Phase 3 · Employment and operations

Payroll and withholdings, handbooks and policies, wage and classification rules, data privacy practices, and the filings that recur.

The cost of getting it wrong isn't paperwork

Missed federal, state, or local requirements can lead to financial penalties, legal disputes, lost licenses, or an order to stop operating. Finding gaps early usually costs far less than dealing with the consequences later.

About us

Nearly four decades of doing what we said we would

Al Walker Enterprizes has been trading since 1988, serving both private households and government clients. That work taught us what compliance actually demands of a small business: registrations kept current, permits renewed on time, and records that hold up when somebody asks for them.

You’ll work with the same small team from the first conversation through the final review, with direct answers and honest pricing.
